Wine Critics Notes:
Allen Meadows - Score: 89-92(2013 June)
This also displays a discreet hint of exoticism on the nose yet here the aromas are slightly cooler and airier with a pretty mix of both white and yellow orchard fruit, green tea, lemon zest and the same wet stone nuances. There is a succulent mouth feel to the borderline lush flavors that are saved from heaviness by racy acidity that imparts a real sense of energy to the naturally sweet finish where a touch of wood surfaces. This should also drink well young and will probably bebetter young than old as this risks becoming heavy with age.
